 Your Trager Certification Journey is closer than you think! Our Level 1 Trainings are 6 days long and filled with the fun, and excitement of learning new things. In your Level 1 you will begin to develop the foundational knowledge, skills, and behaviors of the Trager Approach. You will experience, learn, and practice the basic movements for each part of the body to create a foundational sequence for a tablework session.
A Level 1 Application is needed for every participant interested in taking a Level 1 training. For full information on the entire Certification Program, you can find it here
